We recommend a minimum of two weeks for complete party packages, but popular weekend dates (especially May–September and December) can fill up months ahead. If your date is sooner, ask anyway—occasionally we can work miracles!
We’re based in Bolton BL4 and include travel, set-up and collection within 10 miles at no extra cost. Beyond that, it’s £1 per additional mile; for journeys over 30 miles we’ll provide an individual quote.
All transport, unloading, full installation of marquees, décor, furniture and machines, plus a host on site for the duration specified in your package. Afterwards we dismantle and remove everything—leaving your space exactly as we found it.
Yes. All children’s-party hosts hold an enhanced DBS certificate, and the business carries £10 million public-liability cover. PAT certificates for electrical equipment are available on request.
Every outdoor booking comes with a weather-contingency discussion. We can upgrade to side-walls, add heating, move machines under cover or, if space allows, relocate the set-up indoors. We’ll talk this through during planning so there are no surprises.
Absolutely. Packages are there to make life simple, but you can swap fun-food machines, change colour palettes or add extras (Bubble Dome, karaoke, chocolate fountain, etc.) to build your perfect combination.
Yes. We regularly provide vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free and halal options. Just let us know guest needs at least a week before the event.
For kids’ parties you can add extra places for £8 per child (includes seat, food and gift bag). Adult-and-family events scale by furniture and catering—tell us your final headcount 10 days before the date and we’ll adjust the quote.
A 25 % deposit secures the date, with the balance due seven days before your event. We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card and PayPal. Instalment plans are available for bookings made more than three months in advance.
If you cancel more than 21 days before the event we refund your deposit minus a £30 admin fee. Between 7 and 21 days we retain the deposit. Within 7 days we charge 75 % of the total, as many costs—stock, staffing, fresh produce—have already been committed.
Yes—everything from marquees and seating to popcorn machines and balloon garlands is available for one-day hire. Minimum hire with delivery is £120 (excluding mileage).
Latex and foil balloons, single-use décor and any consumables are yours to enjoy after the party. Hire items such as backdrops, stands, LED signs and artificial-floral pieces belong to Magic Moments and will be collected during breakdown.
